The Flash Season 6 Finale Review: 5 Ups & 3 Downs From 'Success Is Assured'

3. Mirror Master Has Arrived

The Flash Mirror Master Eva McCulloch

The sight of Eva McCulloch sporting her fancy outfit was a strong one to open the finale on because, finally, after all this time she had found her inner Mirror Master. And that right there would have been enough to solidify her as a threat. But it wasn't enough... at least not for The Flash's writers as, in a mere episode, the character ascended to the greatness we had long-hoped she would.

From her sinister appearances within any reflective surfaces, to the intimidating way that she handled her reunion with Joseph, Eva was a force-to-be-reckoned with every time she strutted into view, with actress Efrat Dor giving us a chilling performance that, quite frankly, made for an exhilarating watch.

One good thing about the story continuing into Season 7 is that we'll hopefully get to see more of Eva going forward - and that's certainly a good thing. In all honesty, it would have been a mistake to write her out just as she was peaking. And now that she'll be sticking around for a little longer, expect her ascension to continually reach new heights.

Finally, The Flash is doing Mirror Master justice.
