The Flash Season 6 Review: 5 Ups & 2 Downs From 'So Long And Goodnight'

4. Back To Sue

The decision to resurrect the Sue Dearbon plot thread may have come off as an unnecessarily convenient reason to keep Ralph away from Rag Doll, but that doesn't mean it wasn't great to see the illusive femme fatale return.

In a mere two scenes, Natalie Dreyfuss had no problem lighting up the screen while her effortless chemistry with Hartley Sawyer made both of those scenes an enjoyable watch.

Aside from all that, however, it's nice that we're starting to see another side to the character because we needed that in order to make sure she wasn't just a one-dimensional one-liner-spewing badass - because no matter how fabulous that Sue is, it's clear that the woman behind that facade is much more interesting.

Tying her plot to the Carver narrative also mixes things up in an unexpected way, and it will no doubt serve as a great segue for her eventual transition to Team Flash hero.
