The Flash Season 6 Review: 6 Ups & 1 Down From 'The Last Temptation Of Barry Allen, Pt. 2'

4. Allegra Becomes A Hero

The Flash Season 6
The CW

The writers were very specific in their plans to eradicate Bloodwork's disease in that they made sure the only person capable of pulling it off was Allegra Garcia. Though it almost seemed too specific of a plan for a zombified Barry Allen to think off, and certainly too cryptic for Team Flash to understand what 'Let in the Light' meant, it was nonetheless effective in helping Allegra take the next step in her heroic journey.

A character that has been growing more and more important to the season as it goes on, she was often fearful of using her powers in case it made her like her evil cousin Esperanza, but this was the perfect now-or-never scenario to force her to make that choice, and it was very nice to see her shine here as the hero that saved Central City.
