The Flash Season 6 Review: 7 Ups & 1 Down From 'Liberation'
3. Faux Iris' Sacrifice
As convenient as it might have seemed, it was oddly intriguing watching the faux Mirrorverse version of Iris West-Allen begin to long for more than what she was.
Perplexed by both Barry's genuine love for the real Iris and Kamilla's willingness to follow Eva's orders - even to death - the replica Iris underwent something of a moving character journey throughout the episode, and that suddenly made her feel like a much stronger character.
Her noble sacrifice in the final few moments felt like a fitting conclusion to both that arc and the character's journey on the show, and it really was a powerful and moving way to bow out - one that certainly made this writer feel sorry for her.
