The Flash Season 6 Review: 7 Ups & 3 Downs From 'Death Of The Speed Force'

In spite of how great it's been lately, one thing The Flash has received a little criticism for is the fact that we're supposed to believe that neither Barry nor the rest of her family and friends have noticed that the version of Iris before them isn't actually Mrs. West-Allen. Furthermore, the show has blatantly shied away from too many West Allen scenes in order to avoid this addressing this conundrum altogether.

Though Iris' entrapment in the mirror dimension didn't have the primary focus this week, the writers did an effective job of reminding viewers of its prominence, as a few members of the team are starting to notice her mirror doppelgänger’s conflicting behaviour.

Though one of those members would end up on the wrong end of a mirror gun (Kamilla), Wally's comment to Joe about her different behaviour and Barry being a little caught off-guard by some of her sentiments proved to be more than effective in furthering a story that has found itself on the backburner in recent weeks.
