The Haunting Of Bly Manor: Ranking Every Character Worst To Best
3. Owen Sharma
Bly Manor's very own sous chef, Owen Sharma is a cheery and seemingly carefree character who is beloved by th children as much as he loves them. He is introduced not long after Dani's meeting with Henry and he is consistently one of the most likable characters to pop up in the season.
Funny and charismatic, Owen knows the kids and their grief and so is always on hand to cheer them up. This, however, doesn't mean he himself is free of damage, as he frequently leaves the manor early to care for his ailing mother. During a particularly pertinent monlogue in front of a fire halfway through the season, Owen shows himself to be a very strong character, remaining likable but with a newfound depth, particularly regarding his relationship with Hannah Grose and the difficulties thereafter.
Owen is human, always on hand to help out and attempt to inject happiness into the lives of those around him, even though he also experiences profound grief and sadness as the season makes clear. His resolution makes total sense given what he was established to be, and he's one of the few characters who doesn't require redemption by the show's end.
