That's right, we can finally stop calling The Child 'The Child', or 'Baby Yoda', or whatever else you've been calling him. They have a name, and it's GROGU.

When Din delivers The Child to Ahsoka, she reveals that his name is actually Grogu, and that he was being trained on the Jedi Temple in Coruscant until someone took him during the Clone Wars. He went missing for a long time, until he was found by Din during the events of the last season.

So, already we have two major mysteries surrounding Baby Yoda now answered. We know his name, Grogu, and that he was receiving training on the Jedi Temple even as far back as the Clone Wars until he went missing. We don't know how he went missing, but it is still pretty amazing to finally get some answers.

Unfortunately for Grogu (or not, depending on whether or not you could bear the thought of separating him from Din Djarin), Ahsoka refuses to train him, mainly because he's too old and also too attached to his helmeted space dad. We've seen Grogu channel the Dark Side before in order to protect Din and Ahsoka is clearly aware, referencing her former master, Anakin Skywalker (albeit not explicitly), as a reason to exercise caution.
