The Mandalorian made a lot of enemies during season one, but also found some new friends too. Among them were Greef Karga (Carl Weathers) and Cara Dune (Gina Carano), and they struck up an unlikely partnership at the end of the show's first year. Now, they're back for season two and set to join Din Djarin in battle once again.

According to Weathers, Karga is "on a quest to be more legitimate, but I'm not sure there isn't something in the back of his mind that isn't more self-involved." That sounds about right, though he notes that his and Carano's characters have now grown so close, that they "almost finish each other’s sentences."

As for the actress, she feels more confident this time around in terms of her performance, and explains that she was helped this time by Pedro Pascal removing his helmet while the camera was only on her. "I really wanted to see his eyes, which really helped," the MMA fighter turned actress explains.

How much of a role they'll play remains to be seen, though it will hopefully be more than just a one-off.
