The Mandalorian Season 2: 10 Things That NEED To Happen

If this show is gonna go on for a while, then our hero needs to give Baby Yoda an actual name.

Up until now the kid has not been given a name at all, simply being called The Child by other characters. WE gave him the name Baby Yoda, which the marketing has run with, but seeing as how Din didn't even know what a JEDI was, chances are good he doesn't know who Yoda is. And even if he did, he ain't gonna call him Baby Yoda, so you see the problem.

Season 2 needs to at least end with Din giving his kid a name. It's not like it would be hard, Dave Filoni is the master of coming up with really fun and cool names that still fit perfectly within the Star Wars universe. Baby Yoda is adorable, but if the show wants to introduce any interesting plot developments as it goes on, Baby Yoda starting to grow up would be a great place to start. And if they do go that route, then inevitably, he needs a proper name.
