The Mandalorian Season 2: 10 Things That NEED To Happen

Boba Fett used to be the fandom's equivalent to Broly. A character that everyone seemed to love, for reasons none of them could properly explain.

The difference of course being that, while Broly now has a movie that re-imagined him INTO an actually really good character, even Dave Filoni has seriously struggled with making anyone actually care about Boba Fett in any meaningful capacity. The fact that the last time we saw Boba Fett in a Star Wars product was when he was being sold off as a child bride in Clone Wars should tell you enough about how Lucasfilm and Disney tend to feel about him these days.

So it was definitely a surprise when it was announced that season 2 would see the once famous bounty hunter return to cross paths with our much more interesting buddy Din. Considering that Boba isn't even a real Mandalorian, there definitely are some interesting routes you can take with it, but the main one I personally wanna see is Din just kicking Boba Fett's ass.

It would be just about the most perfect mission statement you could make for this show and Din as a character. This guy isn't just DIFFERENT than Boba Fett, he's a hundred times BETTER.
