7. Cathy Simms
While Brian tried to get closer to Pam while Jim was out of town, Cathy took the opportunity of being in Florida with the Sabre Store team to try and sleep with Jim. It wasn't even like she was particularly attracted to him, or that she was desperately in love with him, she did it because she was bored.
She essentially barged her way into Jim's hotel room, used his shower and tried to cuddle up to him in nothing more than a dressing gown, and then made him feel guilty about being uncomfortable and re-iterating to her that he was married.
She was literally brought into Dunder Mifflin as maternity cover for Jim's wife, and she knew how much they loved each other. Yet still she tried to exploit their strained relationship and seduce him. She was even a little proud of it, as she admitted to someone over the phone exactly what her intentions were.
She didn't even have any other development as a character. Pam and Dwight tried to prove that Jim was attracted to her, which he wasn't, and that was it. She was brought in to try and sleep with Jim, and was never seen again after Florida.
