5. Frank
While characters like Deangelo, Brian, and Cathy were all able to make a lasting impression after just a handful of appearances, Frank managed to become one of the most hated Office characters after featuring in just one episode in season nine.
Pam was incredibly excited about the mural she had been commissioned to paint, and she was rightly proud of the work she had put in on the warehouse wall. However, Frank decided that he didn't like it, and so painted two giant butts over it. Pam had never done anything wrong to him, he was just a bully and refused to apologise. All he did was antagonise her further.
When she and Dwight got revenge by painting on his pick-up truck with water soluble paint that would have come off with a quick wash, his immediate reaction was violence towards her. If it wasn't for Brian stepping in, who knows what Frank would have done to her?
