The Office: Ranking Every Main Character Worst To Best

Craig Robinson is a piece of comedy gold wherever he goes. However, the role of Darryl was surprisingly restrained as compared to his typical antics. But this helped to make this performance all the more interesting, as he was a strong family man, with genuine values and goals to be a decent worker. The character was entirely admirable, yet still had plenty of the Robinson comedy to keep him entertaining.

This character's evolution was enjoyable to watch, as he went from an outspoken Warehouse Foreman to Head of Shipping/Distribution and even Assistant Regional Manager. He truly worked his way up the corporate ladder and made a lot of friends on the way.

There was a pure honesty to this role, as he would openly refute any hostility towards him, and spoke his mind without a care for how people would feel about it. He only ranks a little lower because he was quite reserved when compared to the rest of the Dunder Mifflin staff.
