8. Georgie
Georgie is the leader of a mysterious group who appears briefly in season eight.
Georgie, along with her posse 'Hilda' and 'Midge', are stopped at a checkpoint by Maggie and held at gunpoint. Georgie explains that she is looking for supplies in exchange for her invaluable 'knowledge' for a better future.
Unsure of her true intentions, Maggie holds her captive at Hilltop until finally agreeing to make the trade. She sends Georgie's group on their way with a crate of records in exchange for a binder titled 'A Key to a Future.' The binder included handwritten schematics for windmills as well as valuable farming instructions that helped the communities survive long term.
Georgie proved to us that not all strangers are bad and not every transaction is 'life or death', giving us the hope that we needed during a dark time. Georgie never appeared again but eventually, Maggie left Hilltop to join Georgie and her unknown community. We might just learn a little more about Georgie and her people now that Maggie has returned to The Walking Dead.
