7. Carter
Carter was an Alexandrian who had trouble accepting Rick's group into the community. He constantly pursued opportunities to undermine Rick and take his community back. It wasn't until a giant walker horde was headed straight for Alexandria that Carter began to understand the importance of Rick's presence.
By the time he saw the error of his ways, though, Carter was bitten and subsequently put down by Rick. Carter, played by Ethan Embry, added a new dynamic to Alexandria and it could have been interesting to see him clash with Rick over the leadership of the community. But it just wasn't meant to be.
