I'm sorry, but I just don't get the fascination with Beth Greene. As the youngest of the Greene daughters, Beth spent three seasons looking doe-eyed and helpless as the new token blonde - she was an irritation at best.

Where many wept for the death of Beth I was there remembering her Black Widow status. No less than three men lost their lives to Beth: Jimmy found himself unfortunately engulfed in the RV bonfire, Zach from the prison was quickly dispatched by crawling walker and helicopter crash, then Noah found himself sandwiched between a revolving glass door - admittedly the last one was post Beth, but the curse still stands. Thank god that she never pursued that blossoming relationship with Daryl...

Beth did grow into a more hardened member of the community thanks to her Golf Club bonding with Daryl Dixon, but the whole hospital plot, where Beth found some balls, felt shoehorned into the rest of the story. By the time Kinney eventually bowed out, it had already been a long time on the cards. She remained defiant at the end, and it ultimately cost her life.
