The Walking Dead: 10 Characters You Probably Forgot About

4. Mitch

The Walking Dead
AMC

Following Negan's exploits in the latter series, it is easy to forget that there were other psychopaths before him. Though only in it for two episodes, Mitch showed he was one of them.

Originally part of Martinez's crew, he quickly jumped ship and became one of the Governor's devoted followers. He was a weak minded individual that had a vicious streak in him. I wonder why he got on so well with the Governor?

Easily manipulated, the Governor used Mitch as an enforcer in his attempt to conquer the prison settlement. So easy, that when the Governor murdered Mitch's brother, he did absolutely nothing. Rather than reacting with violence, he pledged his allegiance.

In another scene he stabs a survivor from another group because they missed out on some supplies. The Governor saw this and decided to put Mitch in charge of his tank.

In the subsequent prison attack, Mitch's short spell on the show came to an end. Though he looked pretty awesome in his tank, everyone in that group needed to die. They had just killed Herschel and emotions were running high. An arrow from Daryl would suffice for Mitchy.
