Following on from the events of Squeeze, Daryl goes on the warpath and attacks Alpha, which leads to both of them lying in an abandoned gas station bleeding out. In Alexandria, Beta leads a stealthy attack in hopes of capturing Mary for betraying him.
Coming complete with a fight scene that rivals the Daryl/Beta clash of season nine, and some the show's most terrifying sequences as Beta lays waste to Alexandria, Stalker is both spooky and bleak in its action and unpredictability.
Not only is it thrilling to see Daryl get badly hurt after seasons of being seemingly indestructible, it also pits Rosita against Beta, and finally gives Lydia some closure about where she stands with her mother. Violent and relentlessly paced, it would be the best episode of the season were it not for one other instalment...
