The Walking Dead: Every Season 7 Episode Ranked Worst To Best
8. Say Yes
Compared to other episodes in the season, Say Yes is actually quite a light offering, following Rick and Michonne as they go on a run for guns and food and discuss the futures of the communities.
The performances and easy chemistry of Andrew Lincoln and Danai Gurira shines here like never before, as the two get some great moments to romantically bond and console each other over their tricky situation.
That aside, there are some inescapable flaws that keep Say Yes from achieving its full potential, including its infamously crude CGI deer, and a death fake-out that's as emotionally hollow as it is silly. It moves things along nicely, and the character work is great, but it's too tonally inconsistent to keep from ranking higher here.
