The Walking Dead: Predicting The Casualties Of The Season 10 Finale

Once one of the show's most divisive characters, Gabriel has since emerged as one of The Walking Dead's most compelling survivors, with a brilliant arc and a great performance from start to finish from Seth Gilliam.

Unfortunately, though, this one has been a long time coming, and seems almost guaranteed going into the season ten finale.

Giving his hat to Rosita (though this could be a red herring, but don't count on it), having yet another crisis of faith which led him to kill Dante, and the fact that he's currently trying to keep everyone safe at the Tower all point to Gabriel's death.

He's been the main focus of the latest teasers and sneak peaks, with the latest trailer showing him standing ready to hold off a number of Whisperers.

If he does die, the show would do right to have him leave the way his comic counterpart does - sliced open by Beta and left to be devoured by Walkers. It would be a grisly end to be sure, but if he goes down holding off the enemy so his people can escape, then it will be a memorable end for a great character.
