I want Carl Grimes to survive, therefore I am the 1%. Rick's boy probably cracks every list of characters favoured for death, but I really think he could develop into an excellent young character as he's one of the only kids left in the show. He's a child of the apocalypse, and memories of the old world must seem pretty distant to him. There's so much to develop in his character, and so many areas still to explore. He's settled down in recent times, and he's more than just a moody, disobedient teen. Carl's a kid who watched the world burn, and subsequently had to put a bullet through his own mother's head after her frantic death. He's seen more than any regular teen should see, so cut him some slack and let the writers get on with growing him into a fully-fledged member of the group.
