3. Is Daryl Dixon Dead?
No. Is that a good enough answer? It would be an immense, immense shock if one of the show's longest-serving, most-beloved characters was given such a quick, cold, unemotional goodbye. Much like the Glenn death fake-out, there's every chance some sneaky camerawork has created the illusion of something that simply isn't there.
Whether you're a fan of what The Walking Dead has done or not, it made for a compelling end to the penultimate episode, and sets up the finale in meltdown mode. However, if the show really has done the unthinkable and ended Daryl, the series will have lost a stellar TV-original character with a lot left to offer.
On the other hand, if he's still going strong... Who actually did get shot? Was it a non-fatal bullet for Daryl, could it be Rosita, or was it even an unruly Saviour? The wait to find out is going to be brutal.
