10. An Early Bloodbath

First things first, the cast list is looking bloated at the minute. For most shows, that's a problem that would need to be handled delicately in order to provide reasonable explanations behind characters vanishing from the show. Thankfully for the writers, there doesn't need to be anything delicate about The Walking Dead's 'cull' routine. If a character isn't adding to the overall story, stray walkers will always exist to eliminate them. That's not meant to suggest every character should be finished off immediately, but there are a lot of fringe characters and very few deaths in the Season 5 finale. Fans are expecting some early deaths to make way for new faces.
