3. Alexandria Will Be Overthrown

This is one of the points that must be overturned. One quick skim through the trailer suggests that vast herds of walkers appear to be en route to Alexandria, and while they will prove to be stern opposition, the group simply can't leave Alexandria any time soon. Showrunner Scott Gimple previously stated that the show reinvents itself every half-season, a pattern which can be traced back through the downfall of the prison, the farm, the early campsite and more. That has led fans to expect the fall of Alexandria, but it would be a huge mistake to leave so soon. The weakest moments of the entire series have come from a lack of direction, aimless wandering, and some of those train track scenes on the way to Terminus. Alexandria should be a basecamp for a long time to come before the writers even consider snatching it away from the group. But there won't be many fans holding out too much hope.
