The Walking Dead Season 7: 8 Characters Who Will (Probably) Die Before The End

1. Morgan

I'd be surprised if the show killed off both Carol and Morgan in the same season (and indeed the same episode, since you'd assume either death would happen in the finale if it does take place this season), so it might be a case of one or the other here (unless they're going for a really big shock).

Morgan has had a parallel arc to Carol, going from a killer on the verge of completely losing it to a pacifist, zen-master type of person. Now he too is finally rejoining the fight, albeit in a very different way.

The grief and madness that almost consumed Morgan before never actually went away, and it's back to haunt him again. Morgan has come back from this before, but it might be even harder to this time, as he has little choice but to kill people in the war against the Saviours. It's also difficult to see where else his character may have left to go, without just repeating beats we've already seen.

Lennie James would be a major loss to the show because of his talent, but his death could be the spark to really ignite the way, and give Morgan some much-deserved peace at last.
