Fans can almost certainly predict that Gregory is going to meet a horrendous end, with Lucille being a strong contender for method.

However, Episode 5 offered up a huge clue as to how Gregory is going down. He has been reliant on his stockpile of scotch, and it's very plausible that he could've just sparked his own descent after trying to give up Maggie and Sasha but instead relinquishing his alcohol.

Without the alcohol, the cowardly Gregory will most likely become even more unhinged and therefore dangerous. He could panic and drive himself to madness, even suicide, or he could act in such a broken manner that Maggie must eliminate and replace him.
