The Witcher: Casting Upcoming Characters

One of Yennefer and Triss’ sorceress colleagues, Philippa Eilhart is Redania’s magical and advisor and oft collaborator with Dijkstra. The character becomes an increasingly key figure as the books progress, using her influence and sorcery to become a Machiavellian architect of world events.

After Altered Carbon, Dichen Lachman would suit these character traits excellently. She brought a superior attitude, scheming brilliance, and unrelenting spirit to her portrayal of Reileen Kawahara in that show, all qualities which would translate over very nicely to Eilhart.

And, in the unlikely event that she would need to do any action scenes as Eilhart, Altered Carbon also saw her do a swordfight while naked, so that should not be a problem in the slightest.
