Alert the city! While it may seem a little cruel to make jokes at the expense of someone with a genetic deformity, this is a) make believe, of course, and b) we're not even sure such a condition exists in reality. Either way, this is just... WTF?!? That's creepy, gross, and unsettling all at the same time. We're not sure it stays within the realm of extreme possibility (the old X-Files rule of thumb), but we'll forgive it just for being so absolutely off-the-wall. Oh, and someone get this kid a bib.
