The X-Files: 5 Reasons Why It Should Return (And 4 Ways To Bring It Back)

1. There Is No Expiration Date

x-files(1) The beauty of The X-Files was that there is no expiration date. Each week could present itself with a new case, a different story. I often enjoyed these so-called €œMonster of the Week€ episodes. They reminded me so much of great, classic shows such as The Twilight Zone, except they were anchored by two recurring and strong leads. As long as you can come up with stories about paranormal activity, the bizarre and macabre €“ you are in business. Subsequently, the idea of a return to the show€™s format is not impossible as two FBI agents investigating paranormal phenomena could be easily set up. The issue is how do we get past this idea of €œno expiration date€ and establish the re-opening of The X-Files. I have four ideas to revitalize the show in some new ways. The following are four ways to resurrect the now defunct program.
