Titans Season 1 Finale: 7 Major Questions We’re Left With After 'Dick Grayson'

2. Is Kory Willing To Kill Rachel To Destroy Trigon?

One of Titans' most alluring characters was undoubtedly Kory Anders (Starfire), who had us all on the edges of our seats throughout the season as she attempted to regain her memories and, in effect, find out why she had been so interested in Rachel Roth. As she did so, she figured that the best place to do that was by her side and thus, she (along with Dick and Gar) guarded the mysterious girl from any and all threats.

However, during the last few episodes, she remembered everything - including the fact that she had been sent to Earth to kill Rachel as the girl's father would end up polluting the world with darkness before eventually moving onto Kory's planet, Tamaran.

During her confused state, she did briefly attempt to carry out her mission, but now that she has both sets of memories back (pre-amnesia and post-amnesia), it's highly likely that she'll struggle with the idea of killing the girl she has grown quite fond of.

In theory, Rachel's release of Trigon may have actually taken the target off her back - now that she's done what everyone feared, there isn't really any reason to kill her. What's done is done, right? However, if the Titans manage to banish him again, her life could be in danger once more.

If that were to happen, would Kory be willing to kill her to save her own planet? Or would the pair's bond make it impossible for her to see her mission through?
