4. Jericho Is Alive

Though it was pretty clear after last week, it was nice to get the confirmation that Slade's son Jericho is, in fact, alive. Granted, having multiple timelines in the episode undoubtedly made it harder to follow, but the flashback to the day of his 'death' was incredibly enlightening - as it revealed that he used his out-of-body gift to jump into his father's body after being stabbed by his blade. And the scene between the pair inside Slade's head added some unique insight into how the power struggle between a father and son sharing a body actually works.

More to the point, the revelation that Jericho is still alive has given Dick a new purpose. It's allowed him to see through all of his self-hatred and gifted him with an opportunity to finally overcome his guilt, pain and broodiness. Yes, for the very first time, he has hope - and, as a result, so do we.
