Titans Season 2: 6 Things That Have To Happen

1. Dedicate More Time To Gar

Titans DC
Warner Bros.

While this is a point that could go to Starfire as well (because Anna Diop owns the role), Ryan Potter's Beast Boy is the one who got shafted hard this season. He received the least amount of screentime overall and it really is a shame. Ryan Potter is a pitch-perfect choice for the role and does strong work with what he's given, but he needs more time to shine.

While everyone had at least an episode in which they were a focus, Doom Patrol was the closest BB came to getting the spotlight, but he still had to share it. Sometimes there are those group members that don't need as much screentime/development as others (or have actors that aren't capable of pulling it off), but Potter has illustrated he can do it.

Dick (unsurprisingly) gets the most episodes to himself, Rachel is a core aspect of the main plot, and Starfire has her own mysterious past she's working to solve. Where does that leave Gar? He's got nothing to work towards and has little set up for him already. Titans showrunners, let Beast Boy be Beast Boy. Most importantly, allow Ryan Potter to have more significance. He deserves it.
