29. Communication Studies (Season 1, Episode 16)
The main reason for this Valentines Day episode sneaking in is down to the two excellent plots- Troy and Pierce, a pairing I wish we would see more often- end up dancing with Chang in pantsuits, and Abed helps Jeff get convincingly drunk enough to return Brittas drunk-dial which has left her suitably embarrassed. Its sweet, though sadly led by the boys, as all three girls have very little to do. It features one of the shows best montages as Jeff and Abed get hideously wasted together.
28. Conspiracy Theories and Interior Design (Season 2, Episode 9)
This is very much an episode led by Jeff and Annie, as the others barely feature (Although Britta makes a hilariously bizarre appearance in the blanket fort which has to be a Twin Peaks reference that I still dont understand). But as well as the introduction to Fluffytown, we have some wonderful moments, and its simply a fun and very weird episode that is just a fun, very well-written diversion with the wonderful inclusion of Kevin Corrigan as Professor Professorson (it used to be Professorstein before his ancestors fled from The Nazis).
