3. Arlene's Devil Baby
In Season 3 it was revealed that Arlene (the brilliant Carrie Preston - seriously if you haven't watched her in The Good Wife you are crazy and you need to go remedy that immediately!) was pregnant by her now deceased ex-fiancee who also happened to be a murderer. She was convinced that the baby would be evil. In Season 4, the baby was born, 'Mikey'. Arlene was even more convinced Mikey was evil, he could stare at her and make her eye burst a blood vessel, he could write in crayon on the wall saying 'Not Yours' to Terry, Arlene's new husband, and he apparently set the house on fire and crawled outside to leave the rest to die. This was settled by some weird dead French woman whose baby was killed, and she apparently though Mikey was her's. It's such a shame when good actors (Arlene and Terry are brilliant characters and actors) are given crappy story lines which are just insulting.
