While at the start of the series it was believed that timid black sheep of the family Vanya (Elliot Page) had no superpowers of her own, it turned out that she had incredible abilities of her own. Powers that were seen as too dangerous to be used. Kept under medication her whole life to supress them, when they were finally unleased during the first season they led to her sister having her throat slit, the death of Pogo and her manipulative boyfriend, and the apocalypse.

In season two, Vanya is a nanny living on a farm, unable to remember anything (including her powers) prior to arriving in Dallas due to suffering from amnesia. Throughout the course of the season, Vanya gradually rediscovers her abilities and appears to have much more control over them this time around. She's now able to turn them on and off at will and use them for non-destructive purposes (more on that later).

Despite this newfound control, however, her powers, if unchecked, are still a ticking timebomb. They almost caused another apocalypse, after all. The question now, though, is just how much control of her powers will she have in season three?
