Once Upon A Time: 10 Characters We Need To See In Season 4 (And Who Should Play Them)
4. Winnie-the-Pooh
Who They Are: The accident prone, honey eating bear known as Pooh is a must have for season for of Once. As much as any character featured here, it's hard to believe the Once producers have not used him in all this time. While it's true that he might be difficult to pull of in live-action, he remains a fantastic character that should be given the Once treatment in season four. The Hundred Acre Wood resident, along with his supremely entertaining supporting cast, including Christopher Robin and best pal Piglet, are just too much fun to not have. It's a recurring theme that when a well-known character makes their way to Once, they will be changed. Be it their origin, their familial relationships or even parts of their character motivation, the Once producers give them a trademark make-over and unleash them on Storybrooke. And it would be rather interesting to see Pooh re-invented to fit the world of Once, likely as a formerly polite bear that is cursed to ravenously hunt his former best friend Christopher Robin, or some other such Kitsis/Horowitz ideals. Whatever the case may be, Pooh is a perfect character to bring in for the fourth season. Who Should Play Them:
Formerly of How I Met Your Mother, Jason Segel is such a natural choice for the voice of Pooh. His boyish, unpretentious charm and quick wit make him a perfect candidate to give Pooh a voice. He's so abrasively funny, yet instantly loveable, so he's practically playing the part now anyway. Segel would bring an amazing sense of life to Pooh, and can also turn on the emotion to get a bucket of tears out of you. He's given some incredible performances over the years on HIMYM, reducing even grown men to tears. If Pooh was reinvented in the Once tradition, Segel would ace the character.
