The Walking Dead: 4 Things "Consumed" Got Right (And 6 It Didn't)
2. Just A Damn Kid
Speaking of continuity, hey, Noah's back! That plucky survivor from the hospital who teamed up with Beth to break out (she didn't make it, but still seemed pretty chuffed that one of them managed it) managed to survive past that first fence, and appears to be doing pretty well in the walker-infested city. He's even got a whole system set up for stealing stuff from other survivors, as he demonstrates with his patented trick of siccing all those tent zombies on Carol and Daryl. He didn't know they were main cast members, he was just trying to survive! Season five of The Walking Dead has yet to introduce a new character who isn't trying to eat anybody, and Noah's experience with the post-apocalypse so far - ie essentially being kidnapped and seeing the very worst of humankind's reaction to such an extreme, hopeless situation - is strikingly different to the rest of the group's, whilst also being worryingly similar. It'll be interesting to see how dropping him into the existing ensemble shakes things up and, well, it's just nice to see he made it.
