The Walking Dead 5.7 Review - 5 Talking Points From "Crossed"

1. Sgt. Lamson Isn't Such A Nice Guy

Like stated earlier, there was far too much babble about what a great guy this Lamson character was for it to not be intentional foreshadowing, so it's unlikely anyone was actually surprised when he made his move. Plus, the guy works for HYDRA. The bound cop appealed to Sasha's humanity, spinning a tale about a friend of his who was one of the melted-to-the-asphalt walkers outside the building they were in who had taken his place the night it happened, and the guilt he felt because it could have been him. Because she's struggling with the death of Bob and the fact that she let Tyreese be the one to put him down, Sasha offered to put the man out of his misery. She led Lamson to the wall where she lined up for a rifle shot, but he slammed her into the window and made a break for it, hands still cuffed behind his back as he scurried from the building. It's a good thing that Sasha's naivety didn't cost her her life, but hopefully it does wind up costing Lamson his. What did you think of Crossed? Let us know in the comments.
