Lennie James, who plays Morgan Jones, was initially credited to appear in the season finale, before Scott Gimple openly denied the fact and claimed he was misquoted. But what if that's not true? James has already been announced as a returning character tentatively in future seasons, and his presence at Terminus would be a welcome shock, especially if it is revealed he has come full circle to the dark side. This might be misdirection, or Gimple might be telling the truth: at this stage, it's hard to take anything any of the show's players or creators says as the truth.
