5. Eugene
Eugene is a bit of a coward. He's pudgy, slow, a terrible fighter, and his mullet is too sweet for this world. While we may not want to admit it, Eugene is pretty much the self insert for the average member of the viewing audience. He's loveable in a way that makes you want to root for him despite his short comings, but you know it can't end well. If he ends up in the lineup at the end of this season, Negan might choose him just based off of how pathetic he looks compared to the rest of the group. In the comics, a lack of bullets becomes a major concern for every group. After years of killing, they're starting to run out. Fortunately for Rick, Eugene happens to know how to make ammunition. This makes him a major player in the comics, but it has never come up in the show. In fact bullets seem to be infinite, with nobody ever worrying about running out during a fire fight. Eugene might be important in the comics, but his ability to make bullets won't save him in the show if Lucille ends up finding him.
