4. Morgan

Morgan was the man who saved Rick in the very beginning of the series. If it weren't for him, none of the events of the show would have happened. Sure, Morgan's character might have changed drastically since we first saw him, but he is still that man who saved Rick all those years ago and Rick clearly looks upon Morgan fondly for the bond they have shared. Really, the death of any member of his group will be enough to start an all out war, but being forced to watch Morgan get his head bashed in will be especially crippling to Rick, who would once again be powerless to help. When Glenn meets Lucille in the comics, he first tries to talk Negan out of killing him. Someone like Carol or Daryl likely wouldn't do that, instead accepting that this is just how the world is, but Morgan would most certainly try to talk sense into Negan before the event happens. Seeing as all he has done this season is try to talk sense into people who are far too crazy to listen, it isn't too much of a stretch that he would try to find the good in people right up until the end.
