As stated throughout this article, the idea of children is constantly being mentioned during the second episode, with the episode concluding with the reveal that Wanda is pregnant. However, it is impossible for Wanda to get pregnant from Vision due to the fact that he is an android.

While this may be the case, the comics could provide us with an answer as to how the Scarlet Witch has become pregnant. In the comics, Wanda uses magic to create her twin children, Billy and Tommy. As it turns out, these children were created by using fragments of Mephisto's soul. When the demon takes back his soul fragments, the two children are simply erased from existence.

This sends Wanda down a dark path driven by loss and grief, with the powerful Avenger going down a path of madness. This leads to events such as Wanda killing Vision and the famous House of M storyline, which sees Wanda erase the majority of the mutant population.

From the footage we have seen in the trailers, we are already aware that the pair will be having twins, so Wanda's pregnancy could be setting up an appearance from Mephisto who is going to claim the two twins as he regains his soul back, thus working towards the MCU's own version of the House of M storyline.
