WandaVision: 8 More Questions Raised After Episode 3

In the first two episodes, Wanda and Vision spent a lot of time trying to fit in, and hide their super powers from the rest of Westview. The majority of their neighbours seemed to be none the wiser of their real situation, but this changed in 'Now In Colour'.

There were a couple of moments in the third entry that seemed to hint that the residents of Westview do have at least some idea of what is going on. Wanda and Vision discussed how it seemed like they were always on the verge of discovering their secret, and when the doctor told Vision that small towns were hard to escape, it seemed to suggest he knew he was trapped.

Possibly the most telling moment came when Vision was talking to Agnes and Herb. The latter started to say why Geraldine turned up in Westview but was suspiciously interrupted by Agnes. The way the sentence and the conversation was structured also suggested that they were trapped, and they knew it.

Are the residents all aware of Wanda's powers and control over the town, and are just playing along for fear of something even worse happening? Are they well aware that they are trapped in Wanda's sitcom fantasy and know that she could do something much worse if she had a mind to?
