Watch Julianne Moore As Sarah Palin and Ed Harris As John McCain

HBO Game Change Some of you may have heard of HBO's Game Change, a new film that chronicles the 2008 election, notably the campaign of John McCain and Sarah Palin. Julianne Moore was cast as Palin and Ed Harris for John McCain, with Woody Harrelson also joining the cast. HBO just released a trailer for the new movie, and it looks very...interesting. The show will premiere on HBO March 10th, and focuses on a very small window of time in the election. Moore's Palin looks to be fairly dramatic and over the top, playing the sort of silent genius caught up in the moment that she thought Palin was. But she did manage to pull off the look quite well. Ed Harris on the other hand, looks as if he can nail John McCain, but then again, he's not that dynamic of a character. At least Woody Harrelson is in it, he's good in everything. From the looks of it, Game Change will dramatize the events just enough to make us forget that those events are still in our recent memory. The only thing I can really say is, isn't it a bit early for this? I know we like to get movies as quickly in the can as possible about historical events, but Palin's still running around like an idiot. If I want to watch her say something stupid I'll YouTube her latest interview. Why should I have to goto HBO to relive events I didn't like the first time. Anyway, watch the trailer below:
