What The BoJack Horseman Voice Actors Look Like In Real Life
4. Aaron Paul (Todd Sanchez)
Additional Voices: Henry Fondle, Prince Gustav
Aaron Paul is arguably the biggest name in the central five, especially with the show starting just as his time as Jesse Pinkman in Breaking Bad was coming to an end. Paul is also due to star in Westworld’s upcoming third season, where success could establish him as one of the 21st Century’s most consistent TV performers.
Playing Todd he goes wonderfully against type, as while there was something of a screw up to Jesse, he was never as outrageously silly as Todd. The character goes from being a one note loser, crashing in BoJack’s house with no agency or goals of his own. Throughout the seasons though, he evolves into something much more fleshed out.
It’s not just the realisation that he’s asexual (although that’s groundbreaking in itself), but the fact he matures so much without losing his innocence. He’s still kind hearted, fair, and a little naive, but he’s also one of the first to tell BoJack what he needs to hear, and is responsible enough to take care of Ruthie.
It will be very interesting to see how things pan out with his parents in the final season.
