As comes as a surprise to approximately nobody, the leader of The Seven - the superhero team made to parody the Avengers and Justice League - serves as a parody of most major superheroes, and as such, looks like he was made in a factory that produces perfect people.

Between the blond, slightly curled hair, the bulging muscles, and the red white and blue costume theme, The Homelander may as well have a crossed-out S on his chest just to make things even more obvious.

In The Show

Much of Homelander's appearance remains the same - with the All-American chiseled good looks that conceal a straight-up sociopath beneath.

However, it is worth noting that the style and fit of the costume looks significantly more like Superman's costume than his comic counterpart, who had more of a Captain America vibe about him, what with the red gauntlets and always-visible American flag. This said, it's a solid reminder that Homelander is intended as a parody of both, and a reminder of just how messed up these characters could have been in the wrong hands.
