7. Paco And Claudia
Although Joe is a crazed stalker and a murderer, he seems to have genuinely good intentions when it comes to Paco. At the end of the season, Paco fails to kill his abusive stepdad Ron, leaving Joe to finish the job. He convinces Paco not to tell anyone.
Not long after, Paco visits the bookstore and hears Beck screaming from the basement that Joe has killed people. Paco decides to run away and not help her, likely thinking that she knows he killed his stepdad.
It sounds like final goodbyes at the end with Claudia announcing their move, but hopefully they'll remain in the show with Joe heading to LA too. If not, at least we know they'll be safe now.
However, Season 2 could explore the trauma Paco has experienced and whether he will start to become like Joe, despite Joe's best intentions to keep him on the right path.
