Young Justice: Outsiders - 10 Reasons To Be Excited

Wally West, also known as Kid Flash, is the trusted companion of Barry Allen's Flash and the best friend of Dick Grayson. Wally was often the comic relief during the first season, with his quick wit, affinity for souvenirs and need to snack.

In the second season he became a more reluctant hero wanting to leave the life behind. This made it just that little bit more tragic and heroic when Wally sacrificed himself to save the World from the Reach's environment manipulating device.

As hard as it was to see Wally go, this is comics we're talking about here. No one stays dead. Even claiming that he is deceased is a bit of an assumption. We see him disappear, but nothing signalling a definitive end.

Although the moment delivered an emotional payoff, Wally is too good of a character to leave in a vast of Chrysalis energy.

We expect an episode or a side arc in which the Team brings Wally back from the abyss. Look for Tigress and Bart Allen (the new Kid Flash), who were the most impacted by his presumed death, to play a significant role in his return.
