5. The Shared Bedroom
When Missy Cooper came to visit Sheldon in The Big Bang Theory she mentioned that her brother once built a robot to keep her out of “his” room. That’s strange because in Young Sheldon the pair are shown to share a bedroom. He hasn’t got a bedroom of his own to keep her out of, no matter how many robots he builds.
Of course, as anyone who has shared sleeping quarters with a sibling will know, the arrangement isn’t always harmonious. Plus Sheldon has more of a tendency than most to be covetous of his personal space. Even if he does have to share with his sister, you can well imagine him employing his smarts and building a robot to get the place to himself for a bit.
What’s less explicable is Missy in later years simply accepting that their shared space was “his”. If anything, you would think she’d make a point of it being “my room too!”
