10 AEW ALL OUT 2021 Impulse Reactions

1. Kenny Omega (c) Vs. Christian Cage

Adam Cole Bryan Danielson
AEW

Though it struggled to maintain the electricity of their initial encounter, Kenny Omega Vs Christian Cage was far superior to one of those good-enough-for-government-work level main events that are extremely typical in pro wrestling.

Fortunately for both men, even a stinker probably would have smelled sweet enough by the time the show concluded.

Showing begrudging respect to Christian's game effort despite his time on the shelf and advancing years, Omega toppled the challenger with a One Winged Angel from the top rope to put a bullet in his title contention going forward.

Then, the pretty good got f*cking great.

Adam Cole was the recipient of the lights off/on treatment following Kenny Omega's tongue-in-cheek mention of his rivals being dead, but swerve-turned on Jungle Boy to confirm he was back with his old Bullet Club buddies in the Super Elite. This left Bryan Danielson's own arrival for the big and effective climax - he joined the faces in running off the heels to send the fans home (deliriously) happy and everybody else itching for just about anything the company has planned for the medium-to-longterm.
